March 25. marks the celebration of the Annunciation of the Lord, inaugurating that "fullness of time" into which God enters through the fiat of the girl of Nazareth. Kaire, Maria (Rejoice, Mary) are the words the Angel addresses to her. This event, narrated in the Gospel, inspired pages of music where the composers capture the memory of that moment and of the following events.
The musical pages of the cd are dedicated to different moments of Mary's life celebrated in the liturgical year starting from the Announcement: a sound circle whose pieces date back from the 19th to the early 20th century.
