Our YouTube video of the Sonata K99 by Scarlatti performed on a fortepiano Cristofori by Mario Sollazzo passed the 15.000 views barrier!
The fortepiano by Cristofori is a very beautiful instrument, it's a pity that the developing of the music sacrificed it.

Mario Sollazzo includes in the two discs "Scarlatti | Sonatas" a selection of 30 Sonatas by Domenico Scarlatti performed on a fortepiano Cristofori by Kerstin Schwarz, a Cembalo Grimaldi by Tony Chinnery and a Steinway & Sons O series of 1928. Some sonatas have been performed in chamber music ensemble for violin, viola d’amore, viola, fortepiano and basso continuo.
